Wealth tax calculator
Estimate your wealth-tax bill based on net wealth, the exempt minimum and your region's rebate.
Indicative estimate using the 2026 supplementary state scale. Many regions rebate the bill almost to 100% or apply their own scale (e.g. Madrid). Adjust the exempt minimum and your region's rebate. Not tax advice.

How the wealth tax calculator works
This tax falls on your net wealth (assets minus debts) above an exempt minimum. Only the excess is taxed, and progressively.
How to read the result. The taxable base is what's left after subtracting your primary residence (exempt up to €300,000) and the exempt minimum. The tax due is what you'd pay after your region's rebate.
Worked example (default values). Wealth of €1,500,000, primary residence of €300,000, exempt minimum of €700,000:
- Taxable base: 1,500,000 − 300,000 − 700,000 = €500,000.
- State tax: about €1,664 (before any rebate).
An important note. Many regions rebate the bill almost to 100 % (Madrid, for instance) or apply their own scale. Adjust the exempt minimum and your region's rebate. It's indicative and not tax advice.
